BilltoQRTerms of Use
Updated 9 October 2026. Read these terms before using BilltoQR or authorizing a subscription.
The service
BilltoQR creates amount-filled UPI QR codes from your shop UPI details and keeps your manual payment records on this device, with optional account backup. You must be authorized to use the receiving UPI ID. Importing a QR checks its format; it does not establish whether the account exists or who owns it. The business name is an editable display label.
Check the actual payment
The ₹1 test is optional and must be sent from another account. Check the payee in the payer’s UPI app and the actual receipt in your own bank or merchant app, including any soundbox announcement. A BilltoQR confirmation is your own record. Customer screenshots, displayed QR amounts and receipt buttons do not constitute bank confirmation. Amounts are pre-filled; payment-app behavior and bank limits can vary. Always check the amount actually received.
Setup and permissions
Scan or upload a UPI QR, or enter the UPI ID and shop name manually, to connect your shop. Manual entry checks the UPI ID format; it does not verify the account. Installation on the home screen is required for phone billing; desktop billing works in a browser. Camera permission is only for scanning; photo upload is an alternative. Notification permission gives a shortcut to billing and is optional if declined or unsupported. BilltoQR does not request bank login, bank OTP or UPI PIN. A payer enters their PIN only in their payment app.
Access and accounts
You can create bill QRs without sign-in or payment. A subscription requires mobile or Google sign-in. Choose Save my shop to back up details, settings, manual history and saved part-paid balances. Signing in alone does not upload existing device data. Protect your login methods and signed-in devices.
Prices and renewal authorization
The monthly subscription is ₹59 per month, including 18% GST (₹50.00 + ₹9.00 GST). The yearly subscription is billed upfront as ₹599 every year, including 18% GST (₹507.63 + ₹91.37 GST). There are no turnover tiers. AutoPay requires a separate unchecked consent box and approval inside Razorpay. The checkout shows its actual schedule; do not approve if it differs from your chosen plan. Payment is confirmed server-side before paid access is granted. An authentication transaction or pending payment alone does not grant paid access. New pricing would require updated disclosures and authorization rather than a silent increase.
Cancellation and refunds
Stop future renewals in Settings → Subscription & cancellation, or contact the support address below. Access continues to the end of the verified paid period. An unfinished mandate can be cancelled before payment. Standard cancellation does not create an automatic prorated refund. Duplicate charges, paid-but-not-activated subscriptions and other payment errors are reviewed by support; rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Device records and availability
Export history regularly. Clearing this site’s browser data deletes local shop details and history; changing the shop QR alone does not delete history. Deleting device data does not cancel a subscription or delete saved cloud records. Previously backed-up records can be restored after sign-in. Conflicting edits from another device require reviewing and restoring the saved copy; export local history before replacing it. Subscription checks and purchases require an internet connection. Phone installation, notifications, soundboxes and UPI app compatibility vary. Estimates are informational scenarios, not provider invoices or guaranteed savings. BilltoQR does not authorize passing MDR to customers.
Paid launch status
Paid checkout remains unavailable until the operator, support contact, tax setup, policy review and payment service are configured. Unconfigured payment buttons cannot charge you. The operator is responsible for issuing compliant GST invoices; a payment receipt alone is not represented as a GST invoice.
