Cancellation & refunds
Your subscription is separate from money customers send to your shop.
Stop future AutoPay charges
Open BilltoQR → Settings → Subscription & cancellation → Stop future renewals. Confirm the action and check the resulting status. A paid subscription is cancelled at the end of its current period; an unpaid/unfinished subscription is cancelled immediately. Paid access continues until the verified paid period ends. If you cannot access the app, contact support with the Google account email and Razorpay subscription or payment reference. Do not send passwords, bank OTPs or UPI PINs.
Monthly and annual payments
Monthly renewals are ₹59, including 18% GST. Yearly renewals are ₹599, including 18% GST, charged upfront once a year. Turning off notifications, uninstalling the app, signing out or clearing browser data does not cancel the mandate. Cancel before the next charge date displayed by Razorpay. No automatic prorated refund is created by standard cancellation; legal rights remain unaffected.
Errors and duplicate charges
For a duplicate charge, failed activation after a captured subscription payment, or another billing error, contact support with the reference and date. Use Check payment before attempting another payment. Duplicate or accidental charges reported within 7 days are refunded in full to the original payment method; otherwise support reviews provider records and arranges a refund where appropriate or required by law. Email contact@billtoqr.com. Refunds usually reach your account in 5–7 working days after approval. Refund processing and credit timing depend on Razorpay and the bank. Customer UPI receipts and the optional ₹1 shop test are outside the subscription-refund flow.
